I've asked when the patch for the Canon 50D is coming out but have not gotten a reply. Your competitors support the new file formats. You seem slow in getting a p tch out. We pay for software that we can't use.

Hi.

I am having the same problem as Sunniee: I get "Wukong has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" when I try to start EHDR.
I'm running ver 1.0.550.

Thanks,

Stoney, who hasn't visited for a long time. Smiley

I can't get Essential HDR to work any more.
I have uninstalled and rebooted and then reinstalled.
XP Pro SP3 with version EssentialHDR.1.0.598
that I bought last year.

I have checked Process List and ProcessExplorer and
there is no sign of the executable.

I have tried by shortcut or direct run command.
Is there a solution or a newer version?

Thank you for the fast response and the link.
I have installed the new version and this has
resolved the problem.

Sorry, but this didn't solve the problem. A new shortcut to a beta edition appeared on the desktop, but when I tried to open it, I got an identical message. Should maybe I delete all previous versions of Wukong/Essential from my programme files?
I'm running Windows XP Pro, service pack 3, in case that helps.

I read about a windows beta version 1.1, but I couldn't find any download. I think time is ripe for a further stage, otherwise I will turn my back on EssentialHDR.
