I'm attempting use Essential HDR with Canon 50D Raw files with no success. Is there an patch for the 50D? Everything worked fine with my Canon 20D files.

Yes a patch is in the works for 50D, 5D2, and a few others.

I can't seem to get answer about the patch for the Canon 50D. I can't believe you haven't done one yet. All your competitiors have. I guess I will just have to uninstall your software and buy Photomatix. It appears that your software is just a waste of my money.

The 50D and 5DII patches are being tested. We finally get some time to finish it. It will be released once we run through the standard regression tests.

It will be part of version 1.1. But, after getting more emails, we will consider releasing a patch for version 1.0 with more raw file support.
