I actually took out some of the detail in the windmill on purpose.. shooting pretty much into the sun.. Really like this shot..

Great image Mark. I truly hope that someday I have what you have. Even if you get better as you go (I know you are) I still hope that I make it to the level that you are at now.

LOL, glad you think so, I just self-DQ'd this image from the current freestudy as it was hovering around the 4.9 - 5.1 mark, it is my last image for a while and I was hoping for something a bit better than that, so went for my first DQ and calling it a day on DPC for a few months now.. I will be back at some point though. (still in the forums though)

OMG why on earth wouldn't you just let it finish out at a 4.9??? You know how many 4.9's I get hahahaha. You shouldn't have let it spoil your mood. Everyone knows that you are an amazing photographer. Those scores mean nothing man. Now you have to watch your ass for the next 25 submissions.
Man I am entering crap just so I don't have to worry about a good photo when the time comes.

Anyway sorry to hear about the DQ.
